End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Yanay Zabary (the "Licensor") grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Create unlimited end-user projects using the Product
• Modify and customize the Product's code for use in the Licensee's own projects
• Use the Product for personal or commercial purposes
• Build, develop, and sell applications, websites, or services created with the Product

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product or any portion thereof as a standalone product or boilerplate
• Use the Product to create competing starter kits, boilerplates, templates, or similar products
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Product
• Share access to the Product with individuals or entities who have not purchased their own license
• Use the Product in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

The Product and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights to the Product itself, only the right to use it as specified herein.

4. Ownership of Derivative Works

The Licensee retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to applications, websites, and services created using the Product. This Agreement grants no claim by the Licensor over the Licensee's end-user projects or derivative works.

5. Updates and Support

The Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to the Product at their sole discretion. The Licensor is not obligated to provide technical support, though support may be offered as a courtesy.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE LICENSEE FOR THE PRODUCT.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any term herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in their possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

11. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
